Estenio Gonzalez Caballero, a local David, Chiriqui, attorney, along with
Daniel and Giovanny Polanco RodrÃguez, two farm care takers, have been accused
of taking advantage of the fact that several foreigners hired them to probably
steal property from the foreigners, or steal cows from them, or clone properties
owned by foreigners with the help of Public Registry civil servants. As it is usual in Panama, no one has been
indicted and no one is in prison. Read
